Photoelectron spectroscopy is a speciality of our research team, and we use a wide range of different types techniques for enabling to understand the electronic structure of nano materials
We use the two state-of-the-art X-ray photoelectron spectrometers, one for high-throughput measurement with Glove-box (Thermo Scientific, Nexsa) and the other as an in-situ experiment set-up with low energy inverse photoemission technique (Ulvac-Phi, Versa probe)
Currently, we are focusing on the interesting nano-semiconducting materials, particularly, two-dimensional materials, Perovskite, and Molecular semiconductors as below.
